Billing
Ycode Cloud uses Stripe for subscription management and payments. Each project has its own subscription.
Subscribing
Subscribe to Ycode Cloud from your project’s settings. Once subscribed, your project gets access to all platform features including custom domains, publishing, and priority support.
Managing Your Subscription
Access billing management from the dashboard by clicking the ⋮ menu on a project card and selecting Billing details. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- View invoices and payment history
- Update payment methods — Change your credit card or payment details
- Change plan — Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Cancel subscription — End your subscription at the end of the current billing period
If you migrated from Ycode Legacy, your existing subscription and pricing carry over automatically. You keep your current price and get all features of the new Ycode.
Subscription Status
Your project’s subscription status is shown on the dashboard card:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Subscription is current and the project is fully functional |
| Trialing | Free trial period before the first charge |
| Past due | Payment failed; update your payment method to avoid interruption |
| Cancelled | Subscription ended; project may have limited functionality |
